The quality, workmanship, value, and communication from the Guayito’s team was excellent. The Guayito’s team designed and constructed a paving stone patio that wrapped around three sides of my house. This team knows their profession. Throughout the process, they explained their technique for handling water runoff (very important when adding pavers), communicated up front with project details that I did not consider (like needing to reinforce my retaining wall, and offered aesthetic/functional additions that I did not even consider (like adding wired landscaping lights).\r\n\r\nI shopped around for quotes with several larger paving companies before finding the Guayito’s team. The quote from the Guayito’s team was significantly cheaper. Furthermore, they provided me with a detailed plan and execution that not only assured me that they understood my design objectives (something that I found to be lacking from the quotes from the larger companies), but they also valued transparency (I knew what I was paying for and what I was getting).\r\n\r\nThe before and after pictures speak for themselves, but the bottom line is that I am extremely satisfied with my experience with the Guayito’s team and would not hesitate using them again in the future.

Ruben and his crew did an excellent job helping us redo and make our fixer-upper house livable in the most time and cost effective fashion. He was resourceful and effective getting materials and crew just correct for each job. He is very punctual and communicative unlike any contractor I dealt with in the past.
